WATERGOATs are the last-chance effort to prevent storm-runoff-borne trash from streaming into bigger waters where it endangers marine animals, pollutes Tampa Bay and the Gulf, and looks generally unlovely.

Blue Turtle Society handles the WATERGOAT at Booker Creek and recently added the USFSP WATERGOAT to its herd. When  a WATERGOAT eats too much trash and gets full and grouchy, BTS scrambles to assemble a crew to clean it out and calm it down.
